I am in theory working on web pages. But since I don't actually know how to do that, I'm slogging through inscrutable software the same way I always have, with a manual of some type in one hand, and a keyboard and control-Z in the other. Since I hit a snag on my pages, I decided torin3 needed some pages. Then I decided he needed a cool logo, so I whipped one out. Do I know one more damn thing about webpages than I did before? Shut up.

Earlier procrastination on some household project pages produced this:


Yeppers. Now you know what I do in the middle of the night when I can't sleep. Oh yeah, and my totally wrong Hello Kitty icon. I did a whole Meaux Tapestry panel, too. It's now my desktop wallpaper. So very, very wrong.

I've been working on the Mongolian one for a while. I'm hoping the "save for web" conversion works right when I finally do it, and that they're not all the size of a postage stamp the way they are here, LOL

(what the hell is wrong with LJ? Every time I tried to post that, it dropped out half the text and pictures! think it's fixed now)

They're "stupas" from the monastery at Karakorum, so kinda, yeah. I hope to put that at the top of a Horde page eventually. :)
